Tips for event organisers

To ensure a successful event

  • Remember to provide parking or public transportation information to the participants.

  • Make sure the guests know which room of the Conference Centre the event is held in.

  • Think about the programme, and if your event has a name, please inform the Conference Centre’s employees so that they can put up signage for the guests.

Parking

  •  The Conference Centre offers organisers a limited number of free parking spaces for the duration of the event.

To use the parking spaces, please inform the Conference Centre so that we can enter the vehicle licence plate numbers into the system.

There is also a number of other car parks available near the National Library.

  •  Short-term stops in front of the main door are permitted for unloading goods or equipment from vehicles.

Please only park to the left of the main door, across from the bicycle parking racks, by the wall.

To carry goods into the building, please use the side doors next to the main door.

Note! Please note that there are three parking zones in the immediate vicinity of the National Library: Kesklinn (Tallinn City Centre), Südalinn  (the so-called Downtown) and Vanalinn (Tallinn Old Town).

Public transport

  • Thanks to its convenient location in the centre of Tallinn,

the National Library is easily accessible by bus, trolleybus, and tram.
